Xiaomi has finally launched its 2nd Android One smartphone, the Mi A2, in India. The device has been priced starting at Rs 16999 and will be exclusively available on Amazon and Mi.com. It will go on sale from August 16, with pre-orders starting tomorrow.
The Mi A2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, coupled with Adreno 512 GPU to handle your graphics. It comes in two variants, one with 4GB of RAM and another with 6GB of RAM, along with three internal storage options — 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB( which is Yet to announced )
Mi A2 comes with a dual rear-camera setup with a primary 20-MP (f/1.75, EIS) sensor and a secondary 12-MP (f/1.75) sensor. There’s also a 20-MP selfie camera on board as well, which comes with Xiaomi’s AI portrait feature. They have also included Face unlock feature.
The Mi A2 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, It has a battery capacities of 3000mah, which supports 18W Quick Charge 4+ charging via the USB Type-C port. However there’s no 3.5mm headphone jack on board, you’ll have to adjust with the dongle in the box.
